Alex Karolik — Founder

For more than 15 years, Alex Karolik has been building software for the U.S. transportation industry. His work started with process automation for vehicle transport and logistics at auto auctions, and grew into EZ Loads — a full-scale TMS he co-founded and led as CTO through to a successful exit. Today he focuses on safety and DOT compliance, telematics and geo-analytics, and on putting AI to work where it actually saves carriers time and money. AKsoft operates with an office in St. Petersburg, Florida, and an engineering team in Warsaw, Poland.
